New is nice...but old is Awesome!
BEEP! BEEP! 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner, purchased at Mecum auction in Harrisburg PA last year, ground up restoration not long ago (digital odometer reads a little over 3000 miles which is probably when the restoration was done), born with a 383 but now has a superbly built 440 with headers, cam, roller rockers, aluminum hi-rise Performer RPM intake, Holly Brawler dual feed carb, aluminum radiator and more (we don't have the exact details on the engine build but lots of money was spent on engine which runs fantastic with plenty of power), stainless steel dual exhaust with electric cutouts (switch inside ashtray:), factory 4-speed car with original pistol grip shifter and is an original sublime lime car (limelight) color according to fender tag which is still in place, power steering, power disc brakes, front/rear stabilizer bars, performance Borgeson steering box/shaft, factory tach, Dakota Digital gauges, Factory AC which has been updated, correct turn signal hood, rear spoiler and correct hood stripe, has beep beep horn, rolls on custom Ridler rims and 275/40R/20" tires rear and 245/35R/20" front low profile tires, drives and handles great, interior is very nice with mild custom striping (green striping is not quite as bold as the pictures), paint is very nice also with a very straight and solid body. This car is turn key, runs strong, sounds great and turns heads! Grab it before Summer is over and enjoy!
Note: The price reflected here is MUCH less than the selling price at the auction last year and also have a video of a walk around done by a Mecum spokesperson at the auction I can share.
This is a consigned vehicle.
